Chasity a.k.a CJ
I have been a professional illustrator for 10 years. I started Whimsical Designs by CJ, LLC with the hope of creating art the world that made people feel that inner child that exists in all of us. With a bit of diligence and dedication, I’ve managed to produce original work I’m proud of, as well as collaborated with some of the biggest names in the industry. I work hard to bring my clients’ visions to life in my own unique style — combining traditional as well as modern illustration techniques.

The Ced in the City series introduces Roosevelt’s debut children’s stories. The books are a loving tribute to his late nephew, Cedric Hutchison II, also known as CedintheCity, whose travels around the world and thrill-seeking and generous spirit inspired the writings of these books. When he isn’t busy writing about the amazing world adventures of Cedric, Roosevelt enjoys spending time with his wife and two children where he lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
